Taking Action on Climate Change

Have you heard that President Obama is Taking Action on Climate Change, to prepare our country for the impacts of climate change and lead the global effort to fight it for future generations or so? Some kind of way “they” feel this fight will have a positive effect on our economy.

Global warming, sea levels are rising and oceans are becoming warmer. Longer, more intense droughts threaten crops, wildlife and freshwater supplies.

My question would be why is the climate fucked-up in the first place? They say you must understand the root of the problem before you can properly address the problem. So why do we think we can implement actions that will cause our climate to change in our favor?

What is our favor? And it has never been environmental issues, other than what the Weatherman says? Which direction is the climate changing and is it due to manmade causes or is it due to natural causes? If the problems are caused by man, then how many and what are the results?

Searing heat, combined with higher smog and soot levels, would aggravate asthma and other respiratory problems and cause more premature deaths across the state, harming all people.

Just the notion of taking action and making the American people aware indicates the American people are going to be affected, so what will we be the minuses or pluses? There will be a whole bunch of minuses but will be a while before we realize the pluses and that’s because we’re so depend upon other sources for what we need. And these sources are all about profit, instead of quality. They don’t care what you get as long as you buy it from them, like our oil and gas.

This whole process confirms what I’ve been saying all the along, “if you want to survive you had better implement self-sustaining living into your life.
