Respecting Differences

There are many ways down the road of life. Respecting differences needs to be carried when traveling paths. Being true to Self while respecting the difference in others promotes the flow of unconditional love throughout the universe. Why would anyone desire to stop this flow?
Trying to understand how being considerate to an others' ailments, makes anyone neglectful to guest is hard for me to do. Why seek assistance from anyone who has difficulty with stairs, knowing the start of the task involves stairs, pain? For me, this would be a form of abuse to change plans already discussed.
Being aligned with my higher consciousness does not allow thoughts to flow that cause pain to anyone intentionally. How can, why do we to this? Am I wrong to prefer working to complete assigned task with consideration for others?
Teamwork; one task completed, the second in progress while feeling positive energy after completing task - such a beautiful fire. The difference timing.
When there's a plan discussed why change it if it would cause another pain something that my higher consciousness will not allow me to do intentionally?
Where I come from we're taught to treat people as guest 2 visits and if they feel they are still guest after that... it must be a white thing I don't understand.
The joy of cooking flows when I'm being true to Self preparing food for others;an expression of unconditional love from me since I am selective about who sits at my table. I give thanks while preparing meals to tap into the flow of unconditional energy, infusing it for healing - try it. Love it.
Events can trigger thoughts like wondering why would black women work differently for different men. Has it driven me crazy?
In the corporate world I work, I've yet to work on a project that changed plans due to the completion of a task. Is it because I get involved during the Quality Assurance phrase after development when no changes are allowed?
There is respect for differences throughout all projects. Most team members respect the physical challenges of others. Each team member knows when assistance is required, action is automatically taken with consideration in mind. No need to ask, project complete. Is this how President Obama's team got him elected?
Projects end with all discussed plans successfully completed without causing pain to another. Why would anyone not give energy filled with thanks instead of neglect?
Being true to Self means I'm a work in progress engulfed with energy of unconditional love to share with others while respecting differences. TMH confirms Oneness with a deep sensation of peaceful bliss which I also enjoy sharing.
