"Hidden Agendas...Where Are Yours?"...

We all have hidden agendas when entering into relationships, be it friendly, business, or just looking for ways out of past life experiences. Yes, we all must/should learn from all of this to be better prepared for your friends' hidden agendas.

I have learned that if your so-called friends walk and talk like ducks, then they are ducks. Know who is coming to your table and what they are bringing to the table. Don't be so quick to open your window pane of acceptance.

Success is earned not given...A friend wrote/shared, and I quote..."I learned from all of this to be better prepared and your friends, depending what type of friends by whom you are surrounded, will not be as interested in your success as you are", end of quote.

I am responding to this friend by asking this question, why must you measure your success by depending on friends to validate you on being successful or not successful? This friend further stated that..."And because of this, you will lose more than you will ever gain by surrounding yourself with the wrong type of friends".

This is somewhat true...remember...know who is coming to your table and what they are bringing..."all that shines is not necessarily gold". I would rather see a person motivate, develop, and promote themselves, rather than SELL themselves. My personal opinion of "selling oneself" has a negative conotation.

Are You No More Than Trinkets,Flea Markets, and Pay Stations?...

This is what this friend, also, stated..."The difference is getting what you really wanted and being surrounded by people who can help you appreciate and enjoy, instead of complaining and not caring.

The ones who know how to sell themselves are the onces(ones) who are making it happen". If you believe what you have written...I am asking...are you no more than a trinket, having a flea market and resorting to a pay station mentality?...this is not even close to the concept of bartering.

Ask yourself...who is my friend, and am I a friend?...must I continue to BARGAIN MYSELF, when I have true friends willinging to help and have helped!!!

I'm not too sure in which direction is your encouragement. Is it to encourage working together or dipping into the personal and private lives of others?

Though we are one, people have private lives, their own space and place to innovate and create. This is where our listening and learning takes place. This is freedom in its purest sense.

That's why it is so important that we consider the personl life of those with whom we work and play, ensuring we give them room. Agendas are not gender nor race oriented/specific.

If we are going to work together our work must allow room for individuals differences, which you may refer to as drama/hidden agendas. For we cannot and have no right to manage every aspect of another's life. NOr can we, as individuals, afford to take to take on the hidden agendas of others.

People have a right to privacy and their own agendas, they are constantly changing and too many to make them all known at once.

The consequences of infringing upon that would be devastating. So if you want to talk about hidden agendas you should check yourself in regards to our government, political leaders and our desire and effort to bring about positive change which causes us to fight amongst ourselves. It is easier to fight amongst ourselves than to deal with the real problem- your decisions and choices. We need more of that. So if you are encouraging more input that way, you are on it, but if you are encouraging us to fight each other, then you are totally misguided.

And that is my point, in order for us to work together, in peace and harmony to produce a healthy product of service.

We must embrace the ability to "submit", just as you push this button... Enjoy..art

The energies of a heart-ache can manifest dis-ease that leads to many aliments.

Why do we allow ourselves to get caught up in situations that will cause our hearts to ache?

If we are true to ourselves we know when entering into relationships that may have painful grounds. It is how we move forward that determines the karma for those involved.

What is our thought pattern when feeling pain? Always bear in mind; we control our environments since our thoughts create them and the situations that surround us.

Do not allow pain to become a barrier to reaching or maintaining a state of Hotep/Oneness.

Continue to be the Nubian Goddess the Most High gave his breath to, walk "regally" in his mansion.

Keep writing Mrs. Wallace. I understand what you are saying.People do have ugly hidden agendas in all kinds of relationships and will try to make you look like the guilty one. When will our Black men stop, they have more drama then some females.

Does playstations replace Pay Stations? Love has not changed but we never allowed it to rule and still do not.

We have failed miserably at loving our children, women and men, races, our people, but we want to tell everyone else how it should be done. We continue to invest in what is not real and money is not real. The love we shared in the past was not real, but predefined by a people who had no clue. Even worst, they live a lives/relationships based upon hatred and double standards.

But do you really ever know people? Do they really ever know themselves? You never know who's coming to your table or when their agendas may change, so be prepared to maintain some since of balance, don't give what you cannot afford to lose.


There are no abc answers to this all, just what we can together accomplish on this earth, knowing not all of us want the same level of success in every area, but we should leave it in a better way than when we received it.

We all have our ways. Knowing all our individual differences, how do we come together on the same sheet of music, while we all want to succeed?

Examine yourself first and be honest with your needs: Backwards Country, how, who allowed it to get that way? Why are people so confused about relationships?

Don't go after the money, but what the money is for. freedom, failure, success and responsibility and we learned how to deal with it all.

This may not help you because your mind is already made up, but for others and you might want to share this with others who have had the luck to grow up before lawyers and the government regulated so much of our lives. HOw did you allow this to happen, did you, do you take any kind of responsibility for it or are you just concerned about self?

Whether you see it as positive or not, we're all constantly selling ourselves and that is a good thing. However, it is not mean the person with the best product of service will be win, but the one with the best marketing plan will, call it attitude or personality.

Life is not a dress rehearsal. Human rights are non-negotiable. Are we sure this is a good time
to take God out of the Pledge of Allegiance?

Frustrated over mounting bills and a lack of viable options, who goes first through the eye of the needle?

It is time-out for that shit you hide in the bushes--999, teaching and telling people to do what we cannot or refuse, but time for a love the whole world can see and experience.
