The amount of truth in this (Art’s) article today really strikes a nerve, pisses me the “F”off, because I know; as a woman we control everything, like it or not. It’s the truth. How? By the way we raise our children both genders and our choices in life. When we are being true to ourselves and men feel we are being controlling, is it because we love demandingly after years of mental enslavement? Why must I be labeled? I don’t accept the thought of women intentionally trying to destroy their family and community. It takes 2 to Tango. I will accept the fact that each of us has a different way of doing or saying the same thing and this can be misunderstood if there’s no honest communicate between a man and a woman. It is why we should not allow our past experiences to hinder our growth. We must make sure we release or purify the energy which surrounded us in the past before moving forward, resolving before creating again if we want to ensure we do not have to travel the same path again. To understand this, is how we stop these vicious cycles. I repeat, it takes 2 to Tango… And I know I need to revisit my feelings on this subject since I’m the one who’s upset.
I am upset because women are always blamed for situations as much as men feel they have been blamed, another cycle of hurt feelings and pain which I see, feel and hear spirituality in Ether and wonder when it will end while knowing all the time that it will not until we fully understand with overstanding vibrations that we are one and in our oneness we help or hinder ourselves and not one another as though we are separate. It is in knowing the energy created from the thoughts of blame affect everyone. We have been misguided for generations. We are not taught to value what is real only what can be sold to us. Always been big demand of buying and selling to us, not to mention us. Many are educated and educators; I see no progressive movement in these times for Nubian families. Is it because we are too busy fighting each other for control? Do women feel they need to be in control when in a relationship with a man they can complement or only when they are in a relationship which makes them feel unsure and unsecure of self? Get out the hell out of Dodge is all I can say if you find yourself here, it’s not worth the effect of losing your self-esteem or having another label added the list for females by men. We must remove everything that separated us in the past even if/when it means leaving what we were taught to value: family, friends, believes, myths, or relationships behind if we really desires change. Change will happen only when self-evaluation is done with honesty, truthfulness and respect for ourselves in acknowledgement of our oneness. Hurt and pain are not limited to gender.
