What's your potential? How do you realize your full potential?

Always felt there ain’t shit the man could tell me that I wouldn’t be willing to do for myself, if it was something/anything I needed. As a matter of fact, I am offended by having to use the word "BOSS. Why do I need a "stupidvisor"? Do they really give-a-shit?

What managerial group is better than family and a family owned and operated business? I ain’t afraid to ask nor do? Can U really do better?

The faster you learn the better you perform. It took a while for that to really resonate with me because it was always “in me”. The White House was a good example, I’d see all those powerful people wondering around and I’d ask myself, “is he or she smarter than me”? What is it, I cannot… Why must I go begging for a good job, when I could do a … Remove the middle man. That’s how this came to me.

That’s when I learned about PASSION and following your passion, how hard could that be? Now, it has taken a lot of adjustment, but it has been exactly as I saw it. Respect, how much respect when you don’t respect yourself? What’s my true calling because this Army thing has run its course, plus I never wanted to kill anyone, so why the Army? Is it because the battlefield looks more promising than the “Home field”? Then, there’s a need I can fill.

How many people can I help? Well, just multiply that by the number of people you want to help you? Is that limited, is it rocket science or is it just plain old business sense? Can I be a magnet, a giant magnet, how hard can that be?

You know we do too much for our children and not enough for our Adults. Our children are our future, but if they don’t know a damn thing, who’s teaching them what’s real? Or are they just being PROGRAMMED, with your help?

Well, if I’m going to work for the man on one side, I sure am going to use the other for me. Otherwise, we have no incentive to work together. We can bullshit, but…

How hard is it to achieve a higher level of success, by promoting yourself, by promoting others,,, just telling the truth. Where are all the Good Black Websites? Just think if we all got on the same sheet of music, even if we’re saying something different,,, network? And it don’t have to be a “black thing”? That would create one giant platform attracting like-minded individuals. What was your experience? How many opportunities for success?
