How does racism work?

One group of people and somewhere, one person finds cause to divide, based on ignorance, race and resentment. They receive the support of others based on the idea that one's own race is superior and has the right to rule the others. Now, based on race you have formed two groups living together on the verge of war. Something you had thought of, racism is like a divorce.

Can you imagine living in a family where, for whatever reasons, sisters and brothers hate each other and liken themselves together based on differences? Soon they liken their difference based on shades of color and spend the rest of their lives trying to rule each other? Well it is the same with racism--no peace nor productivity. After a while their differences are forgotten and color/race is now their reminder.

Valuable time is spent and lost creating policy, a system of government, etc., based upon race and fostering a doctrine of discrimination, hate and blame; so one group can rule over the other.

Racism in third world countries is ridiculous and even more so, in first world countries. Everybody talks out of both sides of their mouth. Good things, they mean what they say, except where it applies to the other side. They refuse to share good things.

Both groups know what they are doing is evil and unacceptable, but because of lack of trust, forgiveness, remorse and it going on for a period of time, they fear resolving their differences. So pressure in the pot continues to build.

Now, in America, African and Native-Americans have forgiven White-Americans over and over again, but on behalf of many whites, racism continues. By now, relationships and tensions have gotten somewhat better, but the pot does continue to boil.

Racism does not work! Then, why does it flourish? Racism is an evil, childish type hate tool used to divide. It draws a line, pitting one group of people against another, simply because of a shade of color.Racism is a form of mental illness and treatment should be embraced.

They have taken some of their daughters as wives for themselves and their sons, and have mingled the holy race with the people around them. And the leaders and officials have led the way in this unfaithfulness.
