Okra Fried Corn Bread
Recipe from Olivia's Kitchen
2 Cups Self-Rising Cornmeal (I use Arnett or Adams)
21/2 Cups Water
6 Cups Fresh or Frozen Cut Okra
1 Cup Chopped Onions
Salt and Pepper to Taste Mix all ingredients together and spoon fry in hot oil. Cook till golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve warm. They're delicious.
