Narcissism
You are one narcissistic ass, why is that? Time to wake up?
There is nothing worse than people who talk about others but do nothing. Why are you more concerned about "them" than you are about your job? That is the first sign of a weak minded person.
Do you have a Narcissistic Personality Disorder or know someone who does? Do you just hear words?
Everyone of us start out even when we first me. You know what you are supposed to do and no one can deny that. For one to realize the other is a narcissist something had to occur for this narcissist to gain the advantage. It was either something you did or failed to do, otherwise how could they complain.
Everyone has some narcissistic traits, but being conceited, argumentative, or selfish sometimes doesn’t amount to a personality disorder, but going alone with the program does. Cut it short from the start. Let them know you are about business, not shits and grins.
A narcissist is someone who overtly or subtly make themselves appear superior by making others look inferior. They are nothing more than BULLIES.
Most relate to narcissistic as being conceited but it goes much deeper than that. Who cares and why would you go that deep?
Narcissistic Personality is a long-term condition. You already know, they expect to be noticed and superior and ain't going to change. Many highly successful individuals are considered narcissistic. It really has nothing to do with rank as much as it does with personality and how you respond.
You cannot be weak and happy go lucky around a narcissist, they prey on weak minded people and that ain't necessarily a bad thing.
Now, the question is what are you going to do? The best thing to do with a narcissist and anybody else is to stay on top of your job/game if you want to survive. Like it or not, narcissists only respect people just like them and if you ain't, you are only digging yourself in deeper.
If you determine a family member or friend to be narcissistic, again the best thing to do is to stay on top of your job/game if you want to survive. Don't pressure yourself, but don't leave anything to chance.
In any case if you hit the "shit list" of a narcissist, you already know. If you allow a narcissist to get the upper hand on you, you are in trouble. If you do nothing, you are an enabler, just as guilty and deserve everything you get.
Do your job and what more is there to worry about? If you are abused for doing your job, then you already know. What more is there to explain?
You cannot choose your family members but you can your friends and employers. Can you even recognize yourself in these descriptive words? I doubt it.
