A Mirage I amThat's not me, but an imagine of who you want to see. What do I have to do with it? Used to be nothing until I was able to see myself. Now, I present what I think you ought to see and cover up whatever I think, you shouldn't see. Now, what is that? People are a mirage? Are we really a mirage? What do you see in the mirror, is it real or made up? People of today, 2011 are a mirage and most of it is due to mirrors, too many and too much looking in the mirror. Was it the same for people of yesterday? If so, how could they have ever gotten anything done? Then, why am I feeling this? Do I really deserve this? Am I really experiencing or is it all a mirage? A mirage is a naturally occurring illusion in which people think they see what actually does not exist, including themselves. One sense leads all your senses to believe what is not really there or happening, is happening and is there. Try love for example: Is it actually here, is it actually happening? Would it solve "all" our problems? Do you really know the word? Why don’t we know the word? If you know the word, why don’t you practice it? The word mirage comes to English via the French mirage, from the Latin mirare, meaning "to look at, to wonder at". This is the same root as for "mirror" and "to admire". In contrast to a hallucination, a mirage is a real optical illusion which can be captured on camera. Why is this? What the image appears to represent, is determined by the interpretive faculties of the human mind. So when you in the mirror look, remember that is not the real you. Do you deserve to see the real you? Well, the guy who invented the mirror thought so and it has been passed on from there. Now, look how many mirrors we have and we’ve even expanded that to cameras. Yes, another means for an optical illusion to be made into a mirage. You can't stop looking at the image in the mirror. It so bad until today, just the thought of not having a mirror in which to look is terrifying. Why are we so fascinated by an image of ourselves? Especially knowing it is false? We make ourselves believe it has something to do with memories and impressions. If you can’t impress yourself, then who can you impress? Impressive memories. Is that why we dress up and down? Which person are you? Do you really believe you can be two people? Is that what’s wrong with the western world? Is this not an accurate, detailed description of people today? This is absolutely the best description of people today and how we view life. One word is all it takes. Problems with mirages? A mirage is very deceptive, misleading and disappointing. ARe they an excuse? Further, we have compounded the problem by making others abide by our own illusions. A few people get together and decide what's best for the whole, when it is supposed to be the other way around. Our illusion created the mirage in which we live and we break our backs maintaining this mirage, knowing this image is not who we're supposed to be, but who we "think" we are. Is that vain or what? How vain can you go? If you really want to see the real you, so you can experience real life, stop looking in the mirror. Is your tooth aching an illusion, what about your heart?
