Just For TodayResolutions made for one day set examples all year longThere are 365 days in the year; live each one like there is no tomorrow. Just for today my thoughts will be on my recovery, living and enjoying life. I will not brood about yesterday nor be obsessed about tomorrow. I will be happy. I will accept what is. I will improve my mind. I will read something that requires effort, thought and concentration. I will make a conscious effort to be agreeable. I will reframe from improving anybody other than myself. I will do something positive to improve my health, if only for today. I will gather the courage to do what is good and take responsibility for my own actions. Do all you can while you can? Resolutions made for one day set examples for a life time. Anything to make my today better: What about positive predictions? What does (((your inner voice))) tell you?
