Governor "LePage" of Maine proves this point by publicly saying drug dealers from New York often impregnate young white girls. LePage, D-Money, Smoothie, what's the difference, is he jealous? Impromptu and my brain didn't catch up to my mouth is what he said,,, what an excuse for a governor of all people. Then you wonder why our young people act like they do, all we want to do is arrest them.
