Delicious Buttermilk Pie
2 Eggs
1 cup Butter milk
1 stick melted butter
1 cup sugar
3 Talb.flour
2 Teaspoon,Vanilla
1 Tablespoon.Lemon flavoring
Beat all ingredients together.
Buy pie crust, punch holes in bottom with fork and bake just 3 minutes or so. Pour filling in and bake for 10 minutes on 425, reduce heat to 360 and cook for 30 more minutes. Pie is done when knife inserted comes out clean. Best when left to chill overnight.
