America's 44th President And First Family
Barack Obama, President, His wife Michelle, America's First Lady, in more than one sense, and "mom-in-chief" to the couple's two daughters, Malia, 10, and Sasha, seven. We had a woman run for everything but First Lady, congratulations Michelle. Barack Obama made his family a centerpiece of his presidential campaign. Kinda makes you feel like you grew up with them next door.
Barack has promised his young girls a puppy when they get to the White House. Name, what will it be?
I really did not think I would ever live to see this day? And for all who has made the ultimate sacrifice, I thank you, and it certainly has been worth it. Do not think it could have happened to a more deserving family. It is a miracle and I am so happy to be a part of it.
A change has come to America, from the top down, now, from the bottom up, what will I do? There is strength in numbers. Move with a purpose. There is much work to be done and we can not afford to wait on one man to do it. As citizens of America and citizens of the world, we know in our hearts what work needs to be done.
And so, my fellow Americans: ask not what your country can do for you - ask what you can do for your country.
My fellow citizens of the world: What together can we do for the freedom of all mankind?
With a good conscience and good history as our reward, let us go forth and lead the land we love, asking and being blessings, knowing here on earth God's work must truly be our own.
